Terms and conditions of sale

Version of 20 October 2026. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed on aupechemignon.ch with Au Péché Mignon, Rue du 23-Juin 102, 2882 Saint-Ursanne, Switzerland.

2. Orders

The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, notably if out of stock; any amount already paid will be refunded.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT where applicable. Payment is made online via myPOS, or in the shop on pickup. Orders are prepared once payment is received.

4. Delivery

Delivery within Switzerland within a week, or the next day on request. Shipping: up to 2 kg CHF 9, up to 10 kg CHF 12, up to 30 kg CHF 25. In-store pickup is free.

5. Alcohol

Alcoholic beverages are sold only to people aged 18 and over. We may ask for ID.

6. Complaints

Food products are not taken back or exchanged unless defective. Damaged goods must be reported within 5 days of receipt.

7. Privacy

Your data is used only to process your order or request and is never passed on to third parties, except to the payment provider and carrier where necessary. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by email.

8. Governing law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Porrentruy.
