Roasting is our business. We are a small family business specializing in coffee roasting. Since 2002, in the small village of Courchapoix (Swiss Jura), we have been putting all our know-how to work in order to bring out the best from each coffee bean.
 
The inhabitants of Courchapoix appreciate the good smell of freshly roasted coffee which embalms the whole village. Day after day, we roast top quality green coffees. We are certified "organic" by Bio Test Agro, making it a point of honour to know where the coffee bean comes from, how it was grown and above all how the farmers in the producing countries live. We also participate in direct trade, in order to guarantee a decent wage for coffee farmers.

From Central America, South America, Africa or Asia, our coffees are true handicraft products.
 Thanks to the daily roasting by load of 12kg (Probatone 12) we ensure a freshly roasted coffee. As and when requested by our customers. (shops, restaurants and private individuals). The storage time is about one week, which allows the coffee to degas (CO2 exhaust) and gives it time to rebuild its aromatic molecules.
We offer coffee blends, "single origin" coffees, Limited Editions as well as decaffeinated coffee.
